In 1987, Valencia became part of what is now the Santa Clarita Valley, a once-fledging community just north of Los Angeles. Today, SCV thrives thanks in part to the brainchild of Guy LeLarge. In 2002, Guy, already in the wine business for over 25 years, decided that what this valley needed was a gathering place for local wine lovers.

Selection, Service, Education -- these were his tenets. Add that to his one-of-a-kind idea of combining a superior wine retail store with an elegant wine bar -- Valencia Wine Company was born.

Our full-service wine retail shop offers hundreds of selections, while our Wine Club gives clients the chance to taste new and different wines each month. The wine bar provides sophisticated choices by the bottle, glass, or tasting flight, as well as an assortment of exceptional appetizers. Our outdoor patio offers the perfect spot for languid afternoons and long evenings. Weekly tasting classes taught by skilled instructors presents the opportunity to learn about a great variety of wines from all over the world.
